Abstract
Statistical appendix to IPM-14-1 (‘The Early 21st Century U.S. Productivity Expansion is Still in Services’), providing detailed industry-level growth accounting decompositions of gross output per worker for 57 U.S. industries over 1987-2005, covering goods and services sectors on a NAICS basis with contributions from capital, IT capital, intermediate inputs, and multifactor productivity.
