It examines trends in real GDP, labour input, capital inputs, labour productivity, capital productivity, and multifactor productivity at the business-sector level and by two-digit NAICS industries and three-digit manufacturing industries. The report also compares Ontario’s labour productivity performance with that of the United States and the Great Lake States, and investigates the drivers of productivity growth across sectors. Ce rapport propose une analyse détaillée de la performance de l’Ontario en matière de productivité au cours de la période 2000-2012. Il examine les tendances du PIB réel, des intrants de main-d’œuvre, des intrants de capital, de la productivité du travail, de la productivité du capital et de la productivité multifactorielle à l’échelle du secteur des entreprises, ainsi que par industrie à deux chiffres du SCIAN et par industrie manufacturière à trois chiffres. Le rapport compare également la performance de l’Ontario en matière de productivité du travail à celle des États-Unis et des États riverains des Grands Lacs, et examine les moteurs de la croissance de la productivité dans l’ensemble des secteurs.
