Statistical appendix to IPM-9-2 (‘Ten Productivity Puzzles Facing Researchers’), providing three data tables: output per hour growth rates in OECD countries for 1950-1973 and 1973-2003 with post-1973 slowdown magnitudes; output per hour levels relative to the United States for 1950, 1995, 2000, and 2003; and industry contributions to the post-2000 productivity growth acceleration in the United States on a NAICS basis.
