To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Centre for the Study of Living Standards, two panels and a reception were held on Friday, November 4, 2005 at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. The first panel was on policies to increase productivity in Canada and the second on policies to improve the economic well-being of Canadians.
